The 0831-11 Dürr vapour recovery pump is small and robust, suitable for direct mounting at the manufacturer as well as for retrofitting with a long service life. Variable installation positions are possible. The patented pre-chamber with drainage system ensures insensitivity to condensate and liquid. A self-adjusting piston seal ensures a constant volume flow throughout the entire service life. The wide temperature application range of 40 °C to +60 °C and the possibility of using mechanical or electrical proportional valves offer a high degree of application flexibility. Other features of this vapour recovery pump are the versatile drive with belt, coupling or direct drive, the integrated flame arresters on the inlet and outlet side, independence of direction of rotation, insensitive condensate and a sound level with less than 70 dB(A).
This vapour recovery pump is suitable for use with "E85", has ATEX and TÜV approvals and is oil- and maintenance-free. It is also suitable as a flame arrester in GR systems.
