The ZVG-25 nozzle is a heavy-duty automatic nozzle with a nominal width of 25 (1") for trucks. This nozzle has a valve-controlled automatic shut-off, ball tilt safety release, non-return valve for full hose operation and 3-stage hold-open button with retractable detent connector EB 280, rotatable hose connection DN 25 with pressure flushing and a coarse screen EK 372 (600 my).
The housing and the tube are made of aluminium, the black protective cover of soft PVC and the bracket of plastic. The internal parts and the rotatable hose connection are made of stainless steel, gunmetal and brass and seals of NBR / polyurethane. Steel parts are galvanised and chromated.
Due to its robust design, this nozzle allows for long-lasting and low-maintenance professional use. The high availability of spare parts and our repair service reduce downtimes in case of a repair to a minimum.
