The FXD pharmaceutical hose is an extremely flexible universal hose with a diagonally corrugated PTFE liner, suitable for all common media. It is used, for example, in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. Compared to PTFE hoses with wire braiding, there is no risk of injury from damaged wires and significantly lower heat transfer. Cleaning is possible with rinsing using all commercially available agents and procedures.

- Temperature range: -20°C to +150°C in continuous use, higher temperatures possible for short periods depending on the medium.
- Open steaming: up to 180° C / max. 30 min. permissible
- Pressure stage: PN 16
- Burst pressure: > 64 bar
- Electrical resistance: < 106 Ohm between hose ends, contact resistance < 09 Ohm (inside to outside)
- Inside: PTFE (Dupont T62 virginal), transparent, with patented OHM conductive spirals, seamlessly extruded, diagonally corrugated, non-leaching, non-staining, very good anti-adhesion properties.
- Strength member: high-temperature resistant aramide mesh
- Outside: EPDM, black, electrically conductive, flame retardant, abrasion resistant, UV and ozone resistant
- Intermediate rubber: EPDM, black, electrically conductive, mechanical bond to liner
