The ADBLUE HV nozzle is an automatic nozzle made of coated aluminium for filling trucks with AdBlue®. The nozzle is equipped with automatic shut-off, non-return valve, 3-step hold-open button with detent connector EB 280, ball tilt valve and coarse strainer EK 172. Available optionally with a fixed hose connection "F" swivel joint EA 075 A or breakaway coupling SSB 16 SS made of stainless steel.
The housing is made of aluminium chemically nickel-plated and plastic-coated, the outlet tube is made of aluminium with magnetic switch. The internal parts are made of stainless steel / plastic, the hose connection of stainless steel. The switch lever is blue rilsanised, the protective cover and cold protection are made of PVC and the seals are made of NBR.
To protect against misfuelling, media delivery is only possible with a standard-compliant magnetic adapter such as ELAFIX 40, which is fitted in the filler neck of the vehicle tank.
Due to its robust design, this nozzle allows for long-lasting and low-maintenance professional use. The high availability of spare parts and our repair service reduce downtimes in case of a repair to a minimum.
