Nozzle ZVG-2 for cars

The nozzle ZVG-2 is a liquid gas nozzle for LPG vehicle refuelling with propane, butane and their mixtures up to 50 l/min. This nozzle can only be opened if it has been securely connected mechanically to the fuelling connection and it cannot be opened if the coupling is tilted. When uncoupling, the gas is automatically released with a minimised gas quantity and the outlet direction is turned away from the operator.

Due to the modular design, the valve body is the same for all coupling types. The housing is made of aluminium and the cold protection is made of PVC. Other features of this nozzle are an EA 820 light-gear swivel joint made of stainless steel / brass and a coupling sleeve made of stainless steel (DISH: aluminium). The internal parts are made of stainless steel, Delrin and PA, the shift lever and the hold-on latch are made of PA. The seals are made of NBR and PU.

There are 3 variants for this nozzle:

ACME 1¾" (screw coupling):

This variant is for automotive nozzles according to DIN EN 12806 with an expansion volume of approx. 1.7 cm³.

DISH (Italian claw coupling):

This variant is for automotive nozzles according to DIN EN 12806 with an expansion volume of less than 1 cm³. One-hand operation is possible.

EURO (connector connection):

With this variant, the coupling is according to DIN EN 13760. The expansion volume is less than 1 cm³. One-hand operation is possible.
