The PTFE hose is an "ELAFLON PTFE" universal hose with electrically conductive, seamless inner layer made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), suitable for all common media according to the resistance list on request. This hose complies with EN 12115, FDA and USP Class VI and is compliant with EU Directives 1935/2004 and 10/2011. With Ω/T hoses, metallic inserts are not connected to the fittings, this means easy fitting assembly. This hose is suitable for use in EX zones 0, 1 and 2.
Range of application with spiral:
as suction/pressure hose for filling and emptying drums, containers, tankers and tank wagons, tank ships and for stationary installations. Kink and dimensionally stable due to high-strength steel wire helix. The hose remains round during suction operation and gravity discharge even in tight bending radii.
Marking: blue/white/red spiral and abrasion-resistant, continuous embossing.
Range of application (without spiral):
As pressure hose for dispensing equipment and drum pumps, can also be used without hesitation in full hose systems and suitable as drum hose.

The PTFE inner layer is electrically conductive, seamlessly extruded and smooth. This layer has very good non-stick properties, resulting in less flow loss and enabling easy cleaning. This hose is non-leaching and non-staining and therefore well suited for high purity products.
