The ZVA-32 nozzle for tank trucks is a high-performance automatic nozzle with a nominal width of 32. The nozzle is equipped with a valve-controlled automatic shut-off, ball-tilt safety release, non-return valve for full-hose operation, 3-step hold-open button with retractable detent connector EB 280 and a rotatable DN 32 hose connection with ball bearings.
Housing, tube and bracket is made of aluminium, the inner parts and the swivel joint are made of gunmetal and brass. Steel parts are galvanised and chromated. The valve cone is made of Delrin, the protective cover of soft PVC. The seals are made of NBR / polyurethane.
Due to its robust design, this nozzle allows for long-lasting and low-maintenance professional use. The high availability of spare parts and our repair service reduce downtimes in case of a repair to a minimum.
